You will receive a disconnect notice when your account is two (2) months in arrears and your third bill is getting ready to be mailed. Once you receive a disconnect notice you may either pay this amount in full or sign a pay agreement to postpone the date of payment. The pay agreement date is established according to when your current bill is due. In order to sign a pay agreement, you will need to bring in a driver license and do so prior to the actual disconnect date. You may not sign a pay agreement until you actually have a disconnect notice. If services are disconnected, a fee and a deposit (if there is no deposit on the account), along with the past due charges will need to be paid before services are reconnected.
