The annual City Operating Budget is adopted by the City Council in June of each year for the fiscal year beginning on July 1. Download our current budget or visit our document portal for prior year budgets. Public comment is always open online or by contacting your council representative.

Capital Improvement Plan

The annual review of the capital needs of the community focuses attention on improving and constructing capital assets necessary for providing the services, facilities and infrastructure expected by residents and businesses. It allows our community to offer a sustainable, enhanced quality of life with the financial resources available and those approved by the voters. The Resolution to adopt the Capital Improvement Program is presented to the Council in March every year.

Audits

The City is required to have a yearly audit performed by an outside independent auditor, in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.
