The Capaha Park Splash Pad is a free water feature located in Capaha Park. NO LIFEGUARD is on duty. Use at your own risk and follow the rules listed below. Adult supervision is required. Be safe and respectful of other users. For more information, contact the Parks & Recreation main office at 573.339.6340 Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. For emergencies, dial 9-1-1.

HOW TO ACTIVATE
Activate water features by placing your hand on the hand print pedestal. Features will cycle and shut off automatically.

SPLASH PAD RULES & REGULATIONS
- Capacity: Maximum of 50 people inside the fence.
- Be safe, be respectful of other users and have fun!
- Adult supervision is required for children under eight (8) year old.
- Children in diapers MUST wear SWIM diapers.
- Water shoes are recommended when use the Splash Pad.
- NO bathing, soap/detergent, animals, food, beverages, glass, bikes, skate boards, etc. are permitted inside the Splash Pad area.
- The Splash Pad is a SMOKE-FREE ZONE.
- The Splash Pad water is potable, but please do not drink the water.
- Persons with infectious or communicable diseases cannot use the Splash Pad.
- The Parks & Recreation Department staff reserves the right to deny usage of the Splash Pad to any user, users or groups who are abusing user privileges per City Ordinance 18-7.
