Planning Services Division

The Planning Services Division is responsible for both long-range and current planning functions, including managing the City’s comprehensive plan. The Planning Services staff administers the application and review processes for the Board of Adjustment, the Historic Preservation Commission, and the Planning and Zoning Commission. In addition, Planning staff serves at the City liaison to various organizations such as Old Town Cape and the Southeast Metropolitan Planning Organization (SEMPO).
