Welcome to the Citizen Services Department, a group of divisions and services aligned around providing exception services to our citizens and fellow public servants!
The Citizen Services Department is also the Office of the City Clerk and is responsible for the administration and record-keeping functions for all City Council actions.
Our Mission
- To maintain and administer all city records and respond to records requests in a timely manner.
- To issue approximately 17,000 residential and commercial utility bills on a monthly basis and provide exceptional customer service to our utility customers.
- To serve as the City’s election authority and to administer city elections.
- To manage and promote city advisory boards and commissions.
