Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning & Zoning Commission makes recommendations to the City Council regarding zoning changes, special use permits, and subdivision plats. The Commission also reviews Development Code exception requests, adopts the City’s comprehensive plan, and approves the City’s capital improvement program.

The Planning & Zoning Commission meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.

The Commission consists of nine (9) citizens, appointed by the City Council. Commission Members serve four year terms.
