To start new service or transfer existing service, the customer financially responsible for the account must apply for the account in-person. All applicants must provide the following:
  • Valid drivers license or government issued photo ID 
  • Copy of rental license agreement (if not the homeowner)
  • Deposit: $162 ($52 water, $66 sewer, $44 trash). This deposit is typical for a house, where all three services are provided. Most apartments have a deposit of $118, as we only provide water and sewer.
    • In lieu of deposit, a current letter of credit from another utility provider showing 12 months of continuous service without penalties or discounts may be provided
  • Payment of all prior outstanding bills  


Cancelling service may be done by phone or in person.
