Description
|
Come
out and join the Cape Girardeau Police Department along with several
other agencies for a night of fun and unity. There will be food trucks,
petting zoo, pony rides, band and several fun games. We will cap the
night off at 9:00 p.m. with a spectacular firework show
National Night Out culminates annually on the first Tuesday in August.
National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances. The state of Texas and select areas celebrate the first Tuesday in October.
