The City Clerk is appointed by the Mayor and City Council and is under the supervision of the Director of Citizen Services. Services of the City Clerk's office include:

  • Completes record requests under the Missouri Sunshine Law
  • Certifies and distributes Ordinances, Resolutions, and Codes
  • Serves as the City's election authority
  • Serves as the City's Custodian of Records
  • Keeps contracts, agreements and other legislative actions
  • Prepares and distributes the City Council meeting agenda and supporting documentation
  • Manages and promotes Citizen Advisory Boards
  • Posts legal notices
