Trades License Applications
The City recently teamed up with ICC to provide trade license exams, in addition to our other approved testing provider, Prometric. Exams through ICC may be taken at a traditional testing center, and some exams such as the Journeyman Electrician and Master Electrician are also available through PRONTO ©. PRONTO © exams may be taken from your home or office computer, eliminating the need to drive to a testing center!
ICC expects to offer more exams on this platform for other trades in the next year. Traditional ICC exams are taken at Pearson VUE testing centers, with the closest locations in Paducah, Marion and St. Louis.
