After the Storm: Fallen Limb & Tree Debris Disposal, Curbside Pickup
Posted on 06/23/2019

** ALWAYS USE CAUTION WHEN USING SHARP TOOLS TO CUT TREE LIMBS AND BRANCHES**

If you have fallen limbs and trees from the Friday, June 21 storm, you can request a curbside pickup. Requirements:

  • You must call Public Works to be added to the list (or submit your information below) by the end of business on July 10. They are open 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Limbs and branches must be:
    • Cut to a maximum 4-foot length preferred
    • Stacked at curb, but not in the road
    • Stacked in an orderly fashion for easier pick up
  • Do not leave bulky or bushy pieces as they will not fit in trucks
  • Do not stack limbs near hydrants or signs

More yard waste disposal options are posted at cityofcape.org/solidwaste including drop off and compost bag options.

Please note that we do not make schedules or appointments. Public Works crews will get to all affected residences as soon as they can. Some grass damage could occur as an unavoidable consequence of the process.

** SUBMISSIONS ENDED 7/10/19 AT 4PM**
