Online Service Outage (Intermittent)

Some online services are intermittently unavailable including:

  • Utility bill pay, but automatic payments are unaffected
  • Job applications, but the public can still come into the HR office to apply

Please note:

  • Cash and check payments can still be accepted - please bring your printed bill.
  • New service and service transfers can still be done at City Hall.

Just like any other software, the City's system requires periodic updates and maintenance.

After the update, a new citizen mobile app and vendor self-service portal will become available at a later date, and City employee users will benefit from a new user interface.
