Jr. NBA Basketball League (Kindergarten - 6th Grade)
This Jr. NBA affiliated basketball league is individual sign ups only, and participants will receive an NBA replica jersey. Three practices are included and practice times are set by the coaches. Volunteer coaches are needed.  A $2 spectator fee will be charged for ages 13+ for games. A mandatory evaluation will be held on September 24 at the SportsPlex for grades 3rd-4th at 5:30p.m. and grades 5th - 6th at 6:30p.m. A coaches meeting and draft (draft for 3rd-6th grades only) will immediately follow evaluations. For more information contact Adam at [email protected].

Boys & Girls Youth Basketball Leagues (1st - 8th Grade)
This league is team entry only and divisions will be divided into boys & girls 1st-2nd grade, 3rd-4th grade, 5th-6th grade and 7th-8th grade. Teams receive a minimum of eight games guaranteed. Games will be played on Friday nights and Saturdays from January to early March. Team sign ups only. A coaches meeting will be held on 11/19/25 at 6pm at the Osage Centre. Junior Grizzlies Basketball Program (Ages 5-8)
Players will learn the basic basketball fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defense, and have the opportunity to play in a game setting. The program will consist of 45 minutes of skill development and 45 minutes of game time. The entry fee includes a Junior Grizzlies Nike reversible jersey, Grizzlies basketball and ticket to a Memphis Grizzlies game! The program takes place on Thursday nights from 5:30pm - 7:00pm at the Cape Girardeau SportsPlex. We offer two age groups (5-6 year olds and 7-8 year olds). Spots are limited!  For more information contact us at [email protected].

Men's Basketball League
The men's basketball league offers five divisions of play from recreational to competitive. Games are played Sunday through Thursday from January to March in various gyms.
