Garden Workshop Series: Small Berries (Ages 18+)

CPR Training 
The Heartsaver First Aid / CPR / AED course teaches adult / child CPR, choking and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), in addition to adult first aid basics, medical emergencies and injury emergencies. The course contains updated content and science from the 2015 American Heart Association guidelines for CPR and ECC. After successful completion, the student will receive Heartsaver First Aid / CPR / AED certification, valid for two years. Click here for a downloadable flyer. Click here to register online.

Beginner Horsemanship Program (Ages 8+) 
Do you have a horse crazy kid or are you an adult who would love an opportunity to learn about horsemanship and gain riding skills? The Remley Equestrian Center will be offering several sessions this fall that will provide an introduction to the fundamentals of riding, caring for horses and basic equestrian knowledge that any person can gain confidence in and out of the saddle! The Center’s horses are gentle and well trained with instruction being provided by Angie Frese, Head Trainer and Barn Manager. English tack will be used; however, participants will learn about all riding disciplines and tack. There is limited space (five riders per session) so please sign up early. Hapkido by Lee H. Park Hapkido (Ages 5-10) 
Hapkido training is a traditional martial art for all ages, gender and fitness levels. Participants will learn kicking, punching, escapes, throwing and locks. Exercise and conditioning are focuses of this class. All classes are taught at Lee H. Park Hapkido (1131 N. Kingshighway Suite 2K). Click here to register online.
