About Movement Day

From walkers, bikers and runners, join the Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation Foundation for National Movement Day on the Cape LaCroix Trail! There will also be a themed scavenger hunt for kids! Food and drinks available (limited). 5K or 1 mile fun run offered. Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. with the kickoff at 5:30 p.m. No pre-registration required.
