About the Health & Wellness Expo
The 2027 Health & Wellness Expo is FREE and held at the Osage Centre in Cape Girardeau. This event features screenings, group fitness demos, food samplings, cooking demos, seminars, senior living information and vendors! Special screenings include blood pressure, cardiovascular risks, body mass index, postural analysis, vision and hearing testing, flexibility and endurance testing and girth measurements. This is a one stop shop for all things Health & Wellness…and MUCH MORE! Plus, TONS of FREE giveaways! The next Expo will be March 13, 2027! About PLAY CAPE! Saturday
Join us Saturday March 13, 2027 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for this FREE event that gives families a chance to sign up for Parks & Recreation Department classes, leagues and events, along with other camps and activities offered by community groups. Free games, activities and door prizes will be available for the kids! Free t-shirt for the first 100 kids, and free fitness assessment for all kids.
