About the Liquor License Review Board
The Liquor License Review Board of the City of Cape Girardeau reviews appeals to the suspension or denial of liquor licenses issued in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The Liquor License Review Board may hold a closed session to discuss legal actions, causes of legal action or litigation, or confidential or privileged communications with its attorneys.
The Liquor License Review Board meets as needed, in the City Hall Council Chambers.
Agendas are posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Minutes are approved by the Liquor License Review Board at the following meeting.
