Engineering Division

The Engineering Division reviews private development plans to ensure City standard specifications and criteria are met, and completes local transportation projects in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Transportation. Engineering is actively involved with City infrastructure projects including utilities, recreation and facility construction, and administers Transportation Trust Fund and Capital Improvements projects in Cape Girardeau.
