1. That he/she has a restaurant or similar facility on the premises whereby at least fifty per cent (50%) of the gross income of the restaurant or similar facility is derived from the sale of prepared meals or foods consumed on premises.
2. That applicant possesses a license under Chapter 5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to sell intoxicating liquors.

Applicant is aware that in order to secure a Restaurant-Bar license he/she must, in addition, secure all other State and county licenses required under the Revised Statutes of Missouri.
