Sandbags - Sandbags are available free of charge at Cape Girardeau Fire Station No. 1, 1 South Sprigg Street, 334-3211, or by contacting the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Department at 243-3551.  Sand is available to the public at no charge on the parking lot on Main Street next to the Red House Interpretive Center.
