Engine 2  2006 E-One Pumper, 1500 GPM Pump, with 750 gallons of water, powered by a 400 HP Cummins Engine.

 

Ladder 2 is a 1986 Grumman 102 ft. telescoping platform aerial with a 1,500 GPM pump and 200 gallon tank. It is powered by a Detroit Diesel through its Allison HD-740 automatic transmission.  Placed in reserve status after delivery of Ladder 1.

Airport 2 is a 1995 E-One ARFF unit on an International chassis with 4-wheel drive. It carries 500 gallons of water, 65 gallons of foam concentrate, and 450 lbs. of Purple K powder. Its dual engines give it pump and roll capabilities. Either foam or powder can be applied through its 350 GPM front automatic turret. This apparatus was purchased with a 90-10% FAA grant. It is the primary response unit for aircraft emergencies at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
