System $52.50/or rate upon bid Sign $26.25/event Main Floor & Meeting Rooms Combined Incidental Fees Commercial: $1,764.00 per day Convention or Civic: $1,267.00 per day Set-up and Clean-up: $25.00 per man hour for services provided by the City of Optional set-up, but mandatory clean-up by the City. (Applies to Main Floor only.) Rental fee per hour $100.00/hr for usage after midnight. Caterer’s Fee: 10% food and 20% liquor.
