Aquatics

The Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of Aquatic programs at two facilities.  The Central Municipal Pool is a year round facility, which is housed by an insulated bubble for the fall and winter months.  Recreational and competitive swimming, aquatic fitness, instructional classes, and water safety training as well a a vast array of other activities are offered here.  Central Municipal Pool features a 25 yard by 50 meter Olympic size pool with (2) one meter diving boards and a three meter board.  Every effort will be made to provide adequate space for recreational activities, however at times certain areas of the pool may be closed for competitive or instructional usage.

Capaha Municipal Pool is located in Capaha Park (Broadway and West End Blvd.).  It is exclusively an outdoor pool and only operates in the summer months.
