Home > Departments > Administrative Services > Public Information > Public Information Office The Public Information Office provides internal and external informational materials for the City. Internal communications include a monthly employee newsletter. External communication involve such activities as writing news releases relating to City events, coordinating and supporting the cable access Channel 5 , publishing a monthly citizen newsletter ( Cape Chronicle ), and coordinating public events and press conferences. The Public Information Office also facilitates activities with the news media, maintains the City website, and coordinates a Speaker’s Bureau for organizations wanting presentations about City services.
