The Municipal Court for the City of Cape Girardeau is a division of the Circuit Court of Cape Girardeau County , 32nd Judicial Circuit. Cases in Municipal Court involve alleged violations of municipal ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau . If you have received a ticket/summons for a municipal ordinance violation, you have certain rights and responsibilities.
