The Human Resources Division is responsible for recruiting for all open positions for City Departments, managing employee benefits programs, administering personnel policies and procedures and working to resolve employee relations issues. Human Resources is responsible for record retention and general employee/employer information, handling all Workers’ Compensation issues, administering payroll for all departments, and handling tax deposits according to State and Federal Guidelines.
