Administrative Services

The Administrative Services Department administers the fiscal affairs of the City, including the collection, investment and disbursement of all City funds, aminister the personnel policies of the City, manage the airport, provide convention and visitor services, and provide legal counsel and representation in all legal proceedings involving the City Council, City Manager and all City departments.  In addition, the Department performs such other functions as may be prescribed by the City Manager.
