City provides service for water, sewer, and trash (billed monthly)

• New service – need picture id, deposit paid at time of initial request, and lease submitted if asked for verification purposes.  Also any prior balances would need to be paid before new service can be established.  New service will only be started when the billed person comes in person to sign an agreement for service
• Deposits:          $75.00 (house or apartment with less than 4 units)

$51.00 (apartments with 4 or more units)

• Terminate service – may come in person or call office (573-334-1332)

Services are disconnected when an account becomes delinquent and the charges are 2 months in arrears.  Two disconnect notices are mailed and asked that charges are paid in full before disconnect date.  Customers may sign a pay agreement to allow an extension of time to pay their bill but they do need to come in before the disconnect date to do so.  If services are disconnected, a reconnection fee and a deposit (if there is no deposit on the account), along with the past due charges will need to be paid before services are reconnected.

Liquor License

• Apply for a new license, license renewals, or change of managing officer on a current liquor license
• Temporary caterer’s license 
• Applicant must hold current city liquor license
• If applicant is outside city limits, then a current state liquor license must be held by managing officer of the business.  Will need to be verified before license may be issued.

Other Services Provided

o       Trash stickers - $1.00 each, but can only buy them as a sheet of 5 stickers

o       Compost bags - $6.25 for a bundle of 5
