Development Services The Development Services Department coordinates City activities including community and economic development, Planning and Zoning Commission activites, comprehensive development plan implementation, land use and zoning regulations, perform building inspections and enforce the City’s building codes, and administer grant programs relating to community development.  Economic Development Center Engineering staff design and oversee street and infrastructure projects. Inspectors help developers and homeowners align with safe building policies. Planning personnel provide for the strategic growth of the city.
