CG993: Public Access Cable Television
Programming on CG993 is submitted by Cape Girardeau and Jackson residents and organizations. Between video programming, a slideshow plays community messages. Messages and programming may not be commercial. City Council meetings and other local programing also air daily.
Press Releases and Newsletters
All official public releases from the City of Cape Girardeau are distributed through the Public Information Office. Anyone can sign-up to receive the same releases sent to the media. The office also produces the city's monthly newsletter, Cape Chronicle and the internal employee newsletter, Department Dittos.
