The Board of Managers supervises the use of the Southeast Missouri State University Show Me Center and schedules all events at the facility. The Board proposes written policies for use of the Show Me Center facility. The policies are effective when approved by both the University and the City. The Board reviews those policies annually and may submit proposed policy amendments to the University and the City for approval. The Board of Managers consists of six members, three appointed by the Cape Girardeau City Council and three appointed by the Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents. All members serve three year terms.
