In addition to your payment to the City of Cape Girardeau they will charge your card $3.50 for every transaction. Payments over $400 can not be made on this site. It will take up to two business days for your payment to be reflected on this site and your City of Cape Girardeau statement.
***Please be advised that if a payment is made for a disconnect notice your online payment will need to be completed at least two (2) days before the shut off date shown on your notice. This will allow adequate time for the payment to post to your utility account. If payment is not posted to your utility account prior to the shut off date utility services will be subject to disconnection and fees will apply. Payments that are made on the shut off date will not prevent services from being disconnected.
