Engineering Division The Division administers the Stormwater Management program and reviews private development plans to ensure compliance with City standard specifications and criteria. In addition, the Division designs, coordinates and administers transportation projects in conjunction with the Missouri Department of Transportation. The Engineering Division is also actively involved with all other infrastructure projects for the City, including utility projects, recreation projects, street projects, and facility construction.
