Citizens who wish to participate can print out an application to mail-in or apply online. Applications are kept on file for one year from the date they are submitted.  When a vacancy arises, the applications on file for that board are submitted to the City Council to make the appointment.  All applicants are subject to the City's Code of Ordinances relating to Advisory Boards and Commissions membership regulations.

Advisory board applications must be submitted to the City Manager’s Office at City Hall, 401 Independence. Call 573-339-6320 for more information or e-mail cityclerk@cityofcapegirardeau.org. Advisory board meetings are open to the public.
