In order to start new service or transfer utility service, a person has to come into the office with the following:
- Driver's license
- Pay a deposit: $75.00 for a house or $51.00 for an apartment with 4 or more apartments *You may bring in a letter of credit from another utility provider showing you've had good pay history with them. This needs to be shown at least 12 months, with no penalties or disconnects.
- Pay any prior outstanding bills
- May need a lease from landlord to verify various information
In order to turn off service, someone may either come into the office or make this request over the phone (573-339-6322)
***Please be advised that if you wish to transfer service, you will need to pay any amount in arrears before the transfer of service will be allowed.
