The Cape Girardeau Public Library Board of Trustees of Cape Girardeau, MO, may, as a part of a regular or special board meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal actions, causes of legal action or litigation, leasing, purchasing or sale of real estate, hiring, firing, disciplining, promotion of personnel, employee labor relations, or confidential or privileged communications with its attorneys.  Specifically, the Cape Girardeau Public Library Board of Trustees will hold a closed session to discuss legal actions and litigation, confidential communications with legal counsel, property acquisition, and personnel matters, pursuant to RSMo. Sections 610.021(1), 610.021(2), and 610.021(3).
